Procedures

If you would like to purchase copies of any of the educational products shown in our web site, select the items and then press the CHECK OUT button. Complete the information requested on the order form, including payment method and shipping address. Then either print the form and mail or fax it to us or use our secure server to process your order immediately.

If you encounter problems in running any software items purchased from us, please consult the software instruction books for proper contact addresses and/or phone numbers to call for assistance.

Sales Tax, Shipping Methods & Cost Information

Pre-paid orders for products in stock are usually shipped the next business day following receipt. U.S.A. orders are shipped using United Parcel Service (UPS), Ground method. Shipments to Canada are made using United States Postal Service Airmail methods. Shipments to countries other than the U.S.A. or Canada are made using DHL Worldwide Express Delivery methods. If other delivery methods are specified, additional shipping costs other than those shown herein will be incurred (see note below).

PRE-PAYMENT IS REQUIRED for all orders to be shipped to Post Office Box addresses, or to be shipped to locations outside of the U.S.A.

If you are a resident of the state of California in the U.S.A., a state sales tax of 8.25% of your order cost will be added to your purchase amount.

Product prices shown herein are in United States Dollar (USD) amounts, and do NOT include shipping & handling costs. Shipping** & handling costs will be added to your purchase amount in accord with your location as shown below.

ALL U.S.A. ORDERS
$8.00 USD** per item ordered + 4% of your total order amount
  ALL CANADIAN ORDERS
$12.00 USD** per item ordered + 4% of your total order amount

ORDERS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
$35.00 USD** per item ordered + 4% of your total order amount

All international shipments will be made via DHL Worldwide International Express Service. In order to expedite your order, shipping charges will be added at lowest possible rates and will be in addition to the total shown on your invoice.

**DUE TO INCREASED FUEL CHARGES BY THE SHIPMENT SERVICES WE EMPLOY, THE SHIPPING CHARGE CALCULATED (AND SHOWN ON YOUR ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT EMAIL FROM US) MAY NOT BE THE PROPER AMOUNT. IF THE AMOUNT SHOWN IS NOT CORRECT WHEN WE CALCULATE THE ACTUAL AMOUNT NEEDED, YOU WILL BE INFORMED OF THE CHANGES BEFORE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD CHARGES ARE MADE.

PLEASE NOTE: e/j BLOOM Associates Inc. cannot be responsible or liable for customs delays or seizures. Be sure to check with your local customs agency to ensure that products ordered can be accepted into your country. Customs, duties, taxes, etc. are the customer's responsibility.

YOU CAN SAVE IN SHIPPING COSTS WHEN YOU ORDER IN QUANTITY!   If you are going to order three or more items, please call our office in the U.S.A. at 415-492-8443 (or by FAX at 415-492-1239) with your order BEFORE you use our on-line ordering system. Please include selection numbers and quantities plus your AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD card information (name on card, card number, expiration month/year). We will then calculate shipping cost of ALL items in your order in one package to you. Shipping of more than three items in one package rather than in separate packages usually results in a lower shipping cost, especially if you live outside of the U.S.A.!
 


Credit Card and Purchase Orders

We accept only VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card charges. When ordering, please be sure to include your home address and home phone number, the full credit card number and its expiration date.

We also accept USA company purchase orders for products, if payment terms are specified as NET10 following receipt of order.


Return Policy

Return of any products after purchase for refunds will NOT be accepted. However, any products purchased from our firm that have been damaged during shipment to you or found to be defective, will be promptly replaced upon receipt of the damaged or defective items at our Educational Division facility in San Rafael, California USA. Please include a copy of your payment receipt when returning damaged or defective items.
