Please include selection numbers and quantities plus your AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD card information (name on card, card number, expiration month/year). We will then calculate shipping cost of ALL items in your order in one package to you. Shipping of more than three items in one package rather than in separate packages usually results in a lower shipping cost, especially if you live outside of the USA!
